High Heels, Hematolagnia and Hybristophilia

High Heels and more

In this series, I’m going to give you a run down on a variety of kinks and fetishes, from A-Z. In this ‘H’ post it will be Heels, Hematolaginia and Humiliation. This wonderful world of kink and fetish is incredibly varied and interesting. You never know, you might just stumble across something that takes your fancy. At the very least, it will make for some fun reading.

A quick reminder, a kink is something you especially enjoy, and may add an extra element of sexiness to a situation. On the other hand, a fetish is an object, action or desire that needs to be present in order to achieve sexual satisfacion. Kinks especially are tricky to define, because one person’s kink can be someone else’s norm. Fetishes are easier to pick out and can range from the vanilla to the peculiar. Let’s dive in and learn together. Today we will cover some of the H’s.

High Heels

High heels have long been held as some of the sexiest footwear that you can wear. When talking about high heels, a stileto, which is high and thin is usually what springs to mind. It’s no surprise then that a heel fetish is pretty common. A heel fetish can sometimes be linked to a foot fetish but not always. Some people get sexual enjoyment from simply wearing high heels, whilst others love to see others wearing them. The shape of a woman’s legs and bum are greatly enhanced when she is standing on her toes.

Heel fetishists usually fall in to one of two categories. Firstly they might just simply love the look of a woman in heels and derive pleasure from watching them walk around in heels, they might which to indulge in sex whilst their lover wears nothing except high heels. They may also enjoy picking and buying different types of shoe for their partner. The other category is those who have a fetish for the high heels themselves. In this case they might choose to wear them themselves, or they might wish to lick their lovers shoe, or even masturbate with or into, a high heel. As kinks and fetishes go, this is a fairly safe one. As long as a fetish or kink is not troublesome to yourself or others then go hard and enjoy.

Hematolagnia

Hematolagnia is when an individual feels aroused by being around blood or a substance made to look like blood. Vampirisim can fall under the umbrella of Hematolagnia, but the two things are quite different.

Describing Vampirisim

Vampirisim is the fantasy of drinking blood. Some people will start out this kind of fetish by drinking their own blood before moving on to consuming someone elses. Vampirism also involves biting and drawing blood this way. Hematolagnia, however, doesn’t necessarily involve consuming blood as much as it does being around blood. A blood bank for example could be a huge turn on for a Hematolaginist.

Someone with this kink and or fetish might enjoy smearing blood on their partner before having sex, or they might enjoy using a knife, razer blade or even a syringe in order to let blood from their partner, but they wouldn’t usually then consume the blood. They might want to collect it in a glass and enjoy looking at it, smelling it and even spilling it. Its more about the sight, texture and smell rather than the taste. However sometimes it can be a mixture of all four.

Describing Blood Play

Blood play can be paticularly dangerous given the fact that you are playing with bodily fluids which could cause transmisson of diseases or infection. There is also the chance of hitting an artery or extracting too much blood. Obviously, blood play should be consenual and careful.

Couples who enjoy blood play say that the experience brings them close together because it involves a lot of trust in your partner. Others simply enjoy the fact that blood play is considered very taboo, even in BDSM circles.

If you do choose to induldge in this make sure you become informed first, you are careful and it is consenual. However the whole procedure is widely advised against.

Hybristophilia

Hybristophilia is when a person is sexually aroused or attracted to people who have commited a cruel and/or gruesome crime. This rarity tends to occour more in women than it does in men. A prime example of the trait is when women write to prisoners, especially high profile prisoners who might be on death row.

Astonishingly, Chris Watts, who was convicted of killing his wife and daughters, received hundreds of letters within the first few hours after his arrest, some of his fan letters even included marriage proposals. It is believed that people who are attracted to criminals fall into 2 categories. That of passive and aggressive Hybristophilia.

Passive Hybristophilia

Passive Hybristophilia is when a person is aroused and excited by someone who has committed a henious crime. This person has no desire to be involved in a crime and very often believes that the person who did commit the crime is innocent, or at the very least not as bad as has been reported. Many women have rescue fantasies, belieiving that only they can save the offender and make them change for the better. Affected women also feel extra special if a supposedley awful person loves and treats them well. They feel like one-in-a-million if the criminal can be so awful, yet treat them nicely.

Aggressive Hybristophilia

Aggressive Hybristophilia is when someone wants to be actively involved in the crimes committed. Whether that be lying for the person, luring victims, hiding bodies or even helping directly with the crime that is taking place. Sexual arousal and/or attraction is intensified the more involved they become.

Some women enjoy the feeling of power, that her partner is reliant upon them. Some like feeling they are involved in the fringes of society, whilst others simply enjoy fantasizing about what life would be like if their partner was different, if they managed somehow to change their partner.

Whichever form of Hybristophilia a person has, they believe that the person they are in love with is wonderful and needs their help. This in turn makes them feel special, wanted and needed. Interestingly, passive and aggressive Hybristophilias usually always end up in some kind of abusive relationship as this satisfies their desires.
