A Douche, or Enema as they are sometimes known, is a tool for cleaning your anal passage. They usually consist of a water reservoir in the shape of a bulb, with a firm nozzle. The silicone bulb is filled with warm water (body temperature), then the nozzle is inserted into the anal passage, with the help of a little water based lubricant. When the soft bulb is squeezed, the water rushes inside you and cleanses. Expel the water in the shower or toilet. Repeat the process a few times until the water runs clear upon evacuation.
