New Zealand Delivery & Returns Policy

Our delivery and returns policy determines that we will deliver to New Zealand at the following flat rates (per order). You do not pay more if there are multiple items.

New Zealand 1-3 working days delivery time (in most cases)

$9.00

We do not charge extra shipping for deliveries to rural addresses in New Zealand.

We usually ship within New Zealand with Aramex (tracked). If you have a rural address, your parcel may be transferred to NZ Post or another 3rd party courier.

The delivery times are provided as a guide only. Please note we only ship orders on working days.

Free Shipping for NZ orders over $50

If the order total at checkout is over $50 and the delivery address is in New Zealand, then the shipping will be free.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is important to us, so products are shipped in discreet plain packaging. There will be no mention of the contents or of Tabu Adult Boutique on the package.

Returns Policy & Procedures

We want you to have the very best experience when shopping at Tabu. If you receive any product from us that is faulty in any way, please let us know and we will quickly rectify the situation.

Clothing items purchased in the wrong size may be replaced with a different size, provided the garment has not been worn, and the packaging is undamaged. 

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to exchange or refund a toy because of a cutomer ‘change of mind’. With this in mind, please choose carefully. International Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping to Australia, USA, Canada and select countries in Europe. Please be advised that some products are available for New Zealand shipping only, as noted in their product information. Delivery timelines will vary by country, and you will be provided with tracking information when your order has shipped.
