Delivery and Returns Policy
Our delivery and returns policy determines that we will deliver to New Zealand, Australia and the rest of the world at the following flat rates (per order). You do not pay more if there are multiple items.
We do not charge extra shipping for deliveries to rural addresses in New Zealand.
We ship within New Zealand with Courier Post (tracked) and to Australia and the rest of the world with NZ Post International Air (untracked).
The delivery times are provided as a guide only. Please note we only ship orders on working days.

Free Shipping For NZ Orders Over $100
If the order total at checkout is over $100 and the delivery address is in New Zealand then shipping will be free.

Your privacy is important to us so products are shipped in plain packaging. The sender will be shown as Joan Retail Limited
Returns Policy & Procedures
Because of the nature of our products, an exchange service is not available. So please choose carefully before you buy. We are unable to replace products or refund for change of mind.
Clothing items of the wrong size may be replaced with another size. But ONLY if the garment has not been worn and if the packaging is undamaged.
In the unlikely event that a product has a manufacturing defect, you should return that product to us for a replacement. We will then examine the product and if it is found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement.
International customers please be aware that you may need to pay Duties, Taxes, and/or Brokerage Fees when the goods arrive in your country. These will normally be based on the information we are required to provide on the customs declaration form. This will include a description and the value of your goods.
