These are also great to wear when swimming or using a sauna or spa. You can use these instead of regular tampons, or just save them for special intimate occassions.

Dont worry about the lack of string. A handy pull tab is on each Soft Tampon, ensuring that these Soft Tampons are easy to insert and remove, with just one finger.

Each Soft Tampon is individually wrapped. They are made of enviromentally friendly, non toxic sponge material. They don’t contain any chemical substances whatsoever. So comfortable and easy to wear, you will forget you have them in. Each tampon weighs only 2 grams.

We reccomend using a small amount of lubricant on the sponge before inserting. If you dont have lubricant then dampen with water and squeeze out any excess. Then simply insert.

Dont wear for more than 8 hours and be sure to change your tampon after swimming, using a spa or having unprotected sex.
