Who tuned into the new Netflix reality show, How to Build a Sex room? I did and I think it just might be my new guilty pleasure.

It’s wonderful seeing couples be so open and honest about their sex lives.

The fact Netflix has given the sex industry a platform that can normalise sex talk without making fun of it or making it smutty is great. Sex should be talked about and celebrated.

All of the couples on this show are not only trying to sustain their sex life, they are actively trying to invigorate it.

Many couples are guilty of allowing themselves to slip into a rut in a long term relationship. These couples definitely are not allowing that to happen.

Creating a space where you enjoy one another is so important. Having a place where you can focus solely on each other without any other distractions will definitely lead to a stronger, healthier relationship.

The First Episode
